| Honoring Ron Lubarsky as a 2013 Speech and Debate State Tournament Champion. |
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Ron Lubarsky on placing first in the public forum debate category at the 2013 Speech and Debate State Tournament; and |
| WHEREAS, A student at Hawken School, Ron Lubarsky has striven to develop his capabilities, and consequently, he and his teammate, Tim Perevozchikov, won first place in the public forum debate category at this year's Speech and Debate State Tournament, sponsored by the Ohio High School Speech League. An intelligent and motivated individual, he has amply demonstrated his ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm and confidence and has displayed an exceptional willingness to work hard to produce superior results. Through his remarkable efforts, he has set an example worthy of emulation, and he is certainly deserving of high praise; and |
| WHEREAS, With self-discipline, perseverance, and resolve, Ron Lubarsky has striven to increase his knowledge and skills. Through his decisive leadership, he has distinguished himself as a conscientious and responsible young man, and we are certain that he will continue to display the same unwavering dedication to excellence for which he has become known; and |
| WHEREAS, Ron Lubarsky's accomplishments are a justifiable source of pride and an excellent reflection not only on him but also on his family, his school, and his community. He has exhibited a sincere desire to do his best in all of his endeavors so that he might fulfill his goals in the future, and this, coupled with his maturity and initiative, shows his potential to become one of tomorrow's leaders; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Ron Lubarsky for outstanding achievement and salute him as one of Ohio's finest young citizens; and be it further |
