| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Solon High School Future Problem Solving Teams on winning six trophies at the 2013 Future Problem Solving Program International Tournament; and |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Solon High School Future Problem Solving Teams are remarkable young individuals, combining talent and competitive spirit with exceptional knowledge to establish themselves as truly exemplary students. With admirable dedication, the squads used critical and creative thinking skills to develop and solve a problem while creating a vision for the future, and as a result, they won three first-place, two second-place, and one fifth-place awards at this year's FPSPI Tournament at Indiana University; and |
| WHEREAS, Through practice and preparation, the members of the Solon High School Future Problem Solving Teams have displayed determination and motivation of which they can be proud, and the squads' efforts are truly admirable. Indeed, they have shown outstanding enthusiasm and expertise in all of their endeavors; and |
| WHEREAS, The accomplishments of the Solon High School Future Problem Solving Teams are a justifiable source of pride and a fine reflection not only on the members but also on their families, their advisor, Sabrina Tirpak, their school, and their community. The squads are certainly worthy of recognition; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend the Solon High School Future Problem Solving Teams on their success and salute their members and advisor as fine Ohioans; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Solon High School Future Problem Solving Teams. |
