| Honoring the Ohio Judicial Conference on its Fiftieth Anniversary. |
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to commend the Ohio Judicial Conference on the auspicious occasion of its Fiftieth Anniversary; and |
| WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is, indeed, a fitting tribute to the Ohio Judicial Conference, for it provides a unique opportunity to honor the organization's achievements of the past and to look with optimism to the future. The conference's accomplishments are a justifiable source of pride and an excellent reflection not only on the association itself but also on judges throughout Ohio; and |
| WHEREAS, Established as a statutory entity by the Ohio General Assembly in 1963, the Ohio Judicial Conference represents all members of the Ohio judiciary and the six judicial associations, and all those associated with this fine endeavor have worked diligently to improve the administration of justice in Ohio. Indeed, they have exhibited a laudable commitment to the ideals and principles of one of society's most vital and demanding professions and have set a sterling example for those who strive to attain success within the field of law; and |
| WHEREAS, The many individuals who have been involved with the work of the Ohio Judicial Conference are to be applauded for their tremendous efforts, and they are deserving of high praise. We are certain that as this worthy establishment maintains its dedication to its mission, it will continue in the tradition of excellence that has become its hallmark; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, honor the Ohio Judicial Conference on its Fiftieth Anniversary and extend best wishes for the years to come; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Ohio Judicial Conference. |
