| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Charley Beheler on being crowned the Junior Rodeo Queen at the 2013 Championship 4-State Youth Rodeo Classic; and |
| WHEREAS, A remarkable individual, Charley Beheler has striven to excel in many pursuits and to meet challenges with enthusiasm, and as a result, she rode her pony to victory, earning the title of Junior Rodeo Queen, at this year's Championship 4-State Youth Rodeo Classic. This accomplishment is a justifiable source of pride and a fine reflection not only on her but also on her family and on her community; and |
| WHEREAS, Charley Beheler has amply demonstrated her ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm and confidence and has displayed an exceptional willingness to work hard to produce superior results. Through her tremendous efforts, she has set an example worthy of emulation, and she is certainly deserving of high praise; and |
| WHEREAS, Through her participation in rodeo competition, Charley Beheler has exhibited a strong desire to thoroughly develop her skills so that she might fulfill her goals in the future. Indeed, she has displayed responsibility and initiative, and her success reflects her potential to become one of tomorrow's leaders; therefore be it |
