| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to Akron General Health System on its One Hundredth Anniversary; and |
| WHEREAS, Founded as People's Hospital in 1914, Akron General Health System has earned a well-deserved reputation for excellence. Its talented and hard-working administration and staff have met the continually changing health care needs of the local community with compassion, dedication, and professionalism, and they have given willingly of their time, abilities, and enthusiasm for the public welfare; and |
| WHEREAS, Akron General Health System's skillful and personalized delivery of vital health care services has gained it the confidence and respect of many. Through its unwavering commitment to the highest standards of health care, it has helped to ensure that its tradition of excellence will continue long into the future; and |
| WHEREAS, During its Centennial, Akron General Health System has the unique opportunity to reaffirm its goals and to formulate new policies to meet the challenges of the future. | RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate Akron General Health System on its record of achievement and extend best wishes for the years to come; and be it further |
