| Honoring Judge David E. Stucki as the president of NCJFCJ. |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Honorable David E. Stucki on being elected president of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges; and |
| WHEREAS, David Stucki is a remarkable individual, and he brings to this post a wealth of knowledge and leadership skill gained as a judge by special assignment of the Chief Justice of Ohio, a certified mediator per the Ohio Supreme Court Rules of Superintendence, and a judge of the Stark County Family Court. This role will not only offer him new challenges but also provide him with many opportunities to contribute to the development and progress of NCJFCJ. We are certain that as he commences his duties as president, he will demonstrate the same expertise and enthusiasm that have thus far distinguished his career; and |
| WHEREAS, The chairman of the Ohio Governor's Council for Juvenile Justice, David Stucki was a member of his local school board and the Ohio Industrial Commission Board of Review, and he has displayed a degree of competence and commitment of which he can be proud. Such qualities have gained him the admiration of all who know him, and it is through the efforts of public-spirited individuals such as he, who are dedicated to serving the community to the best of their ability, that the State of Ohio continues to grow and prosper; and |
| WHEREAS, Demonstrating a sincere concern for the future of the area, David Stucki has given back to the community far more than he has gleaned, and his selfless endeavors stand as the hallmark of responsible citizenship. He has shown unwavering determination, as well as astute jurisprudence, and it is only fitting that he be recognized for the significant contributions he has made to the State of Ohio; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend the Honorable David E. Stucki on his election as president of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges and salute him as one of Ohio's finest citizens; and be it further |
