A BILL
To enact section 5533.47 of the Revised Code to name the portion of Interstate
280 running between Oregon and Toledo as the "Catholic War
Veterans of the
U.S.A. Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.47 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as
follows:
Sec. 5533.47. THAT PORTION OF THE HIGHWAY KNOWN AS INTERSTATE NUMBER TWO
HUNDRED EIGHTY, RUNNING IN A NORTHERLY AND SOUTHERLY DIRECTION BETWEEN THE
CITY OF OREGON AND THE CITY OF TOLEDO, SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE
"CATHOLIC WAR VETERANS OF THE
U.S.A. HIGHWAY."
THE DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION MAY ERECT SUITABLE MARKERS ALONG THE HIGHWAY
INDICATING ITS NAME.
