REPRESENTATIVE BATEMAN

A BILL

To enact section 5533.38 of the Revised Code to designate State Route 125 within Clermont County the "Edward J. Parish Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.38 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5533.38. THE ROAD KNOWN AS STATE ROUTE NUMBER ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE, RUNNING IN AN EASTERLY AND WESTERLY DIRECTION THROUGH CLERMONT COUNTY ONLY, SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE "EDWARD J. PARISH HIGHWAY."

THE DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION MAY ERECT SUITABLE MARKERS ALONG THE HIGHWAY INDICATING ITS NAME.
