A BILL
To enact section 5.2213 of the Revised Code to designate the twenty-fifth of
July as Ohio National Guard
Day.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.2213 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as
follows:
Sec. 5.2213. THE TWENTY-FIFTH OF JULY IS DESIGNATED AS
"OHIO NATIONAL GUARD DAY," IN HONOR OF
THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED AND CONTRIBUTED TO THE DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AND
CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE OHIO NATIONAL GUARD TO THIS
STATE AND THE PEOPLE OF OHIO.
