REPRESENTATIVES PADGETT-BATEMAN-PATTON-HAINES-CAREY
A BILL
To enact sections 5533.51 and 5533.52 of the Revised Code to designate United
States Route
36, between the municipal corporation of Coshocton and the boundary of
Coshocton and Tuscarawas counties, as the
"William Green Memorial Highway" and to designate United States Route 36,
between the boundary of Coshocton and Tuscarawas counties and Interstate 77,
the "Korean War Veterans' Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That sections 5533.51 and 5533.52 of the Revised Code be enacted to
read as
follows:
Sec. 5533.51. THAT PORTION OF THE ROAD KNOWN AS UNITED
STATES ROUTE NUMBER THIRTY-SIX COMMENCING AT THE BOUNDARY OF THE
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF COSHOCTON AND EXTENDING TO THE BOUNDARY OF
COSHOCTON AND TUSCARAWAS COUNTIES SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE
"WILLIAM GREEN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY."
THE DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION MAY ERECT SUITABLE MARKERS ALONG THE HIGHWAY
INDICATING ITS NAME.
Sec. 5533.52. THAT PORTION OF THE ROAD KNOWN AS UNITED
STATES ROUTE THIRTY-SIX, COMMENCING AT THE BOUNDARY OF
COSHOCTON AND TUSCARAWAS COUNTIES AND EXTENDING TO
INTERSTATE SEVENTY-SEVEN, SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE "KOREAN WAR
VETERANS' MEMORIAL HIGHWAY."
THE DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION MAY ERECT SUITABLE MARKERS UPON THE HIGHWAY
INDICATING ITS NAME.
