To enact section 5533.39 of the Revised Code to designate State
Route 177, within the community of Darrtown in Butler County
only, as the "Walter 'Smokey' Alston Memorial Highway."
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:
SECTION 1 . That section 5533.39 of the Revised Code be enacted
to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.39. The road known as state route number one
