A BILL
To enact section 5533.64 of the Revised Code to designate State Route 60, in Ashland County only, the "Thomas A. Van Meter Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:


Section 1. That section 5533.64 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5533.64. THE ROAD KNOWN AS STATE ROUTE NUMBER SIXTY, RUNNING IN A NORTHERLY AND SOUTHERLY DIRECTION THROUGH ASHLAND COUNTY ONLY, SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE "THOMAS A. VAN METER MEMORIAL HIGHWAY."

THE DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION MAY ERECT SUITABLE MARKERS ALONG THE HIGHWAY INDICATING ITS NAME.
