A BILL
To enact section 5533.53 of the Revised Code to name United States Route 127
in Darke
County "Annie Oakley Memorial Pike."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.53 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as
follows:
Sec. 5533.53. THE ROAD KNOWN AS UNITED STATES ROUTE ONE
HUNDRED
TWENTY-SEVEN,
RUNNING IN A NORTHERLY AND SOUTHERLY DIRECTION THROUGH DARKE COUNTY
ONLY, SHALL BE KNOWN AS "ANNIE OAKLEY MEMORIAL
PIKE."
THE DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION MAY ERECT SUITABLE MARKERS ALONG THE HIGHWAY
INDICATING ITS NAME.
