A BILL
To enact section 5533.54 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 7 within Belmont County the "A.G. Lancione Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:


Section 1. That section 5533.54 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5533.54. THAT PORTION OF THE ROAD KNOWN AS STATE ROUTE NUMBER SEVEN, LOCATED WITHIN BELMONT COUNTY AND RUNNING IN A NORTH AND SOUTH DIRECTION, COMMENCING NORTH OF THE CITY OF BELLAIRE AT MILE MARKER NUMBER FOURTEEN AND SEVEN-TENTHS AND EXTENDING TO MILE MARKER NUMBER SEVENTEEN AND EIGHT-TENTHS, SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE "A.G. LANCIONE MEMORIAL HIGHWAY."

THE DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION MAY ERECT SUITABLE MARKERS ALONG THE HIGHWAY INDICATING ITS NAME.
