A BILL
To enact section 5533.65 of the Revised Code to name a portion of United
States Route 40 within Clark County the "Wayne Embry Way."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.65 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as
follows:
Sec. 5533.65. THAT PORTION OF THE ROAD KNOWN AS UNITED
STATES
ROUTE FORTY LOCATED WITHIN CLARK COUNTY EXTENDING FROM THE
JUNCTION WITH STATE ROUTE TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE TO THE JUNCTION WITH
GORDON ROAD AT THE BETHEL TOWNSHIP LINE SHALL BE KNOWN AS
THE "WAYNE EMBRY WAY."
THE DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION MAY ERECT SUITABLE MARKERS ALONG
THE HIGHWAY INDICATING ITS NAME.
