A BILL
To amend section 4301.632 of the Revised Code to prohibit a person under 21 years of age from being under the influence of beer or intoxicating liquor in a public or private place.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 4301.632 of the Revised Code be amended to read as follows:

Sec. 4301.632.  Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no person under the age of twenty-one years of age shall order do any of the following in any public or private place:

(A) Order, pay for, share the cost of, or attempt to purchase any beer or intoxicating liquor, or consume;

(B) Consume any beer or intoxicating liquor, either from a sealed or unsealed container or by the glass or by the drink, or possess;

(C) Possess any beer or intoxicating liquor, in any public or private place;

(D) Be under the influence of any beer or intoxicating liquor.

Section 2.  That existing section 4301.632 of the Revised Code is hereby repealed.
