A BILL
To amend section 5533.52 of the Revised Code to1
designate a portion of Interstate Route 75 within2
Lucas County as the "Korean War Veterans' Memorial3
Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.52 of the Revised Code be5
amended to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.52.  At both of the following locations, (A) Each7
of the following roads shall be known as the "Korean War Veterans'8
Memorial Highway":9

       (1) That portion of the road known as United States route10
thirty-six shall be known as the "Korean War Veterans' Memorial11
Highway":12

       (A) From commencing at the boundary of Coshocton and13
Tuscarawas counties and extending to interstate seventy-seven;14

       (B) From (2) That portion of the road known as United15
States route thirty-six commencing at the boundary of Champaign16
and Miami counties and extending through Darke county to the17
Indiana border.;18

       (3) That portion of the road known as interstate route19
seventy-five commencing at the Maumee River and extending to the20
Michigan border.21

       (B) The director of transportation may erect suitable22
markers upon the designated portion of each highway at both23
locations indicating its name.24

       Section 2. That existing section 5533.52 of the Revised Code25
is hereby repealed.26
