A BILL
To enact section 5.2219 of the Revised Code to
designate the first day of May
as "School Bus
Drivers Appreciation Day."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.2219 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as
follows:
Sec. 5.2219.
The first day of May is designated as
"School
Bus Drivers Appreciation
Day" to increase public recognition of
the important function that
school bus drivers serve in safely
transporting the children of this state to
and from school.
