AN ACT
To enact section 5.072 of the Revised Code to
designate Blaine Hill Bridge in
Belmont County the
state's Bicentennial Bridge.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:
SECTION 1. That section 5.072 of the Revised Code be enacted
to read as
follows:
Sec. 5.072. The Blaine Hill bridge in Belmont
county, which
was constructed in 1828 as part of the national road and is the
oldest bridge in the state, is hereby designated the bicentennial
bridge of the state.
