A BILL
To enact section 5533.34 of the Revised Code to
designate a
portion of state route number seven
within Columbiana County as
the "Melvin E. Newlin
Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.34 of the Revised Code be
enacted to
read as follows:
Sec. 5533.34. That portion of the road known as state route
number seven, commencing at the boundary of Columbiana and
Jefferson counties and extending in a
northeasterly direction
through the municipal corporation of
Wellsville to the
western-most boundary of the
municipal corporation of East
Liverpool, shall be known as
the
"Melvin E. Newlin Memorial
Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along
the highway indicating its name.
