A BILL
To enact section 5533.34 of the Revised Code to1
designate the portion of United States Route 682
from its intersection with Interstate 70 in Clark3
County to the boundary of Clark and Champaign4
counties as the "Governor James A. Rhodes Memorial5
Highway."6


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.34 of the Revised Code be7
enacted to read as follows:8

       Sec. 5533.34. That portion of the road known as United States9
route number sixty-eight running in a north and south direction,10
commencing at the intersection of United States route number11
sixty-eight and interstate number seventy in Clark county and12
extending northward to the boundary of Clark county and Champaign13
county, shall be known as the "Governor James A. Rhodes Memorial14
Highway."15

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers16
along the highway indicating its name.17
