BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That section 5533.34 of the Revised Code be | 7 | |
enacted to read as follows: | 8 |
| Sec. 5533.34. That portion of the road known as United States | 9 | |
route number sixty-eight running in a north and south direction, | 10 | |
commencing at the intersection of United States route number | 11 | |
sixty-eight and interstate number seventy in Clark county and | 12 | |
extending northward to the boundary of Clark county and Champaign | 13 | |
county, shall be known as the "Governor James A. Rhodes Memorial | 14 | |
Highway." | 15 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 16 | |
along the highway indicating its name. | 17 |
