A BILL
To enact section 5533.69 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of state route number four
within Clark County as the "Heritage Parkway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.69 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.69. That portion of the road known as state route
number four, commencing at interstate seventy in Clark county and
extending in a northeasterly direction to the western-most
boundary of the municipal corporation of Springfield, shall be
known as the "Heritage Parkway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
