A BILL
To enact section 5149.031 of the Revised Code to
prohibit employees of the Adult Parole Authority
from being required to use private vehicles during the course of
their employment.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5149.031 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as
follows: Sec. 5149.031. No person employed by the adult parole
authority shall be required to use the person's
privately owned motor vehicle while engaged in the course of the
person's employment or official responsibilities for the adult
parole authority. |
