A BILL
To enact section 5533.331 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 423 within Marion County the "Deputy Brandy Winfield Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.331 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.331. That portion of the road known as state route four hundred twenty-three, running in a northerly and southerly direction within Marion county, commencing at its intersection with Bethlehem road and extending to its intersection with Marion-Cardington road, shall be known as the "Deputy Brandy Winfield memorial highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
