To enact section 5.073 of the Revised Code to designate the Newark Earthworks as the official prehistoric monument of the state.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:
SECTION 1. That section 5.073 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5.073. The Newark earthworks in Licking county, which are geometric earthen enclosures constructed during the prehistoric time period, are hereby designated the official prehistoric monument of the state.
