A BILL
To enact section 5.2267 of the Revised Code to
designate the fifteenth day of June as "Elder
Abuse Awareness Day."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.2267 of the Revised Code be enacted
to read as follows:
Section 5.2267. The fifteenth day of June is designated as
"Elder Abuse Awareness Day" to increase public awareness of the
innocent victims of elder abuse.
