· Designates the Newark Earthworks in Licking County as the official prehistoric monument of Ohio.

CONTENT AND OPERATION

The act designates the "Newark Earthworks" in Licking County as the official prehistoric monument of Ohio. The act states that the earthworks are geometric earthen enclosures constructed during the prehistoric time period. (R.C. 5.073.)
