· Formally states the General Assembly's intentions in its upcoming deliberations on revising Ohio's terrorism laws.
CONTENT AND OPERATION
In the bill, the General Assembly states its intent to revise Ohio's terrorism laws to improve homeland security of the state and public safety of the residents of Ohio, thereby making Ohio a safer place to live (Section 1). A new version of the bill containing substantive changes to those laws will be substituted for this formal statement of intent during the legislative process.
