BILL SUMMARY

· Designates the portion of State Route 2, running in an easterly and westerly direction within the city of Willoughby only, as the "Brian Montgomery Memorial Highway."

· Permits the Director of Transportation to erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.

COMMENT

Brian Montgomery was a lance corporal in the United States Marine Corps. He was killed in Iraq on August 1, 2005.
