BILL SUMMARY

· Designates that part of Interstate 76 within Brimfield Township, in Portage County, as "The Luke 'Doc' Emch and Matt 'Doc' Conte Corpsmen Memorial Highway."

· Authorizes the Director of Transportation to erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.

COMMENT

Luke Emch and Matt Conte, both of Tallmadge, Ohio, were killed in Iraq in 2007 while serving as medical corpsmen.
