BILL SUMMARY

· Designates a portion of State Route 344, commencing at the western boundary of Leetonia and extending eastward to State Route 11, as the "Pfc. Ralph Dias Memorial Highway."

· Authorizes the Director of Transportation to erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.

COMMENT

Pfc. Ralph Dias died in Vietnam on November 12, 1969 and was posthumously awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for his service.
