· Designates part of Pearl Road in Cuyahoga County as the "Lance Corporal David Mendez Ruiz Memorial Highway."

CONTENT AND OPERATION

The bill designates part of Pearl Road in Cuyahoga County, from Denison Avenue to Memphis Avenue, as the "Lance Corporal David Mendez Ruiz Memorial Highway."  Lance Corporal David Mendez Ruiz was killed in Iraq on November 12, 2005; he was 20 years old.

The bill allows the Director of Transportation to erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
