Detailed Fiscal Analysis

 

The bill primarily amends changes to certain bicycle operation laws as enacted pursuant to H.B. 389 of the 126th General Assembly, effective September 21, 2006.  As the amendments largely clarify and update existing provisions, including the removal of certain ambiguities, the bill is unlikely to generate any noticeable fiscal effects for the state or any of its political subdivisions.
