Detailed Fiscal Analysis

 

The bill would delegate February as "Black History Month" to honor and recognize the contributions African Americans have made in the state of Ohio and the United States.  There would be no direct fiscal effect on the state or political subdivisions because the bill does not require any action by either entity.
