Detailed Fiscal Analysis

The bill establishes the spotted salamander (Ambystoma maculatum) as the official state amphibian of Ohio.  The bill has no direct fiscal effect on the state or local governments.  The Department of Natural Resources, specifically the Division of Wildlife, could make minor changes to publications and its web site to recognize the animal's official status, but is not required to do so by the bill.
