Detailed Fiscal Analysis

The bill will have no direct fiscal effect on any state agency or political subdivision.  It requires the court in a hearing to permit a pregnant minor to consent to an abortion, or by which a court may give judicial consent to an abortion, to make specific inquiries of the minor and make certain findings.  These are additional duties that would be performed during a hearing that is already required under current Ohio law and are not expected to generate any discernible costs for the court to comply.
