Revised the penalty structure enacted in the House-passed version of the bill to reinstate penalty escalations for offenders who have prior convictions of any of the prohibitions that constitute the offense of public indecency, with the maximum penalty for a conviction of any of the violations being a misdemeanor of the first degree.
