Exempts the Division of Wildlife from making payments into the Department of Natural Resources' Central Support Indirect Fund.

Appropriates $315,000 in fiscal year 2006 and $365,000 in fiscal year 2007 from the General Revenue Fund to pay the Division's central support charges.
