Adds a provision to the As Passed by the Senate version of the bill to clarify that the provision limiting the drugs that may be compounded to those that are not commercially available applies regardless of the reason the drug is not available, including the absence of a manufacturer or the lack of a readily available supply of the drug from a manufacturer.
