(S. Agriculture)

Revises the time frame within which the owner of an animal that is killed or injured by a dog must submit specified information to the board of county commissioners by requiring the information to be submitted not later than 10 days after the dog warden finds that not all of the owner's statements are correct or disagrees with the owner's estimated fair market value, whichever is applicable, rather than requiring the information to be submitted not later than 20 days after the loss or injury of an animal is discovered as in current law.
