The House committee adopted amendments to do the following:

Limit the bill's expansion of convictions for which record-sealing is unavailable to only those convictions that occur on or after the bill's effective date for importuning or a substantially similar municipal ordinance or voyeurism, public indecency, compelling prostitution, promoting prostitution, procuring, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, displaying matter harmful to juveniles, pandering obscenity, or deception to obtain matter harmful to juveniles when the victim of the offense was less than 18 years of age.
