Delays the effective date of most of the bill an additional 60 days.

Replaces the term "plan of health coverage" with the term "health benefit plan" to make the bill more consistent with existing law.

Clarifies that insurers must cover routine patient care that the insurer would normally cover for a specific patient if that patient was not then enrolled in a cancer clinical trial.

Corrects two grammatical errors.
