| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate New Vision Television of Youngstown on being presented with the 2012 Regional Edward R. Murrow Award in the best broadcast affiliated website category by the Radio Television Digital News Association; and |
| WHEREAS, This prestigious honor is a fitting tribute to New Vision Television of Youngstown for the exemplary design and layout of its website, WKBN.com. Competing against television stations in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana, this outstanding network has provided comprehensive coverage of current events and of vital issues that affect the community and has continued to maintain the flexibility necessary to meet the changing needs of area consumers; and |
| WHEREAS, The success of New Vision Television of Youngstown is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the organization itself but also on its astute management and hard-working staff, including its online news manager and web producer, Darcie Loreno.
