A BILL
To enact section 5.2214 of the Revised Code to designate the month of October
as "Ohio Hepatitis C Awareness
Month."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.2214 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as
follows:
Sec. 5.2214. THE MONTH OF OCTOBER IS DESIGNATED AS "OHIO
HEPATITIS C AWARENESS MONTH," TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF
HEPATITIS C AS AN EMERGING HEALTH CONCERN.
