AN ACT
To amend section 125.021 of the Revised Code to allow the Industrial Commission to make contracts concerning telecommunications and computer services and to make appropriations for the Industrial Commission for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, and ending June 30, 2007, and to provide authorization and conditions for the operation of Commission programs.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:

Nothing in this section precludes the bureau or the commission from entering into a contract with the department of administrative services for the department to make contracts for, operate, or superintend such systems for the bureau or the commission.

SECTION 2. That existing section 125.021 of the Revised Code is hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. All items in this section are hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the state treasury to the credit of the designated fund. For all appropriations made in this section, those in the first column are for fiscal year 2006, and those in the second column are for fiscal year 2007.
