A BILL

To enact section 5533.91 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 44 within Lake County as the "Andy Nowacki Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.91 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5533.91. That part of the road known as state route number forty-four, located within Lake county and commencing at the intersection of that state route and state route number two and extending in a northerly direction and ending at headlands beach state park, shall be known as the "Andy Nowacki Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
