A BILL
To enact section 3734.511 of the Revised Code to
require the Director of Environmental Protection
to structure the jurisdiction of the Environmental
Protection Agency's district offices so that every
solid waste facility in a solid waste management
district is within the jurisdiction of the same
district office for purposes of administering the
law governing solid waste facilities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 3734.511 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 3734.511. For purposes of administering the provisions
of this chapter governing solid waste facilities, the director of
environmental protection shall structure the jurisdiction of the
district offices of the environmental protection agency in such a
manner that every solid waste facility that is located in a solid
waste management district established under section 3734.52 of the
Revised Code is within the jurisdiction of the same district
office.
