A BILL
To enact sections 5533.101 and 5533.791 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of United States Route 50 located in Clermont County the "LCPL Nicholas B. Erdy Memorial Highway" and to designate State Route 334 in Clark County as the "Lance Cpl. Kevin S. Smith Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That sections 5533.101 and 5533.791 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.101. In addition to the name prescribed by section 5533.10 of the Revised Code, that portion of the highway known as United States route fifty, commencing at mile marker number thirteen and proceeding in an easterly direction to the intersection of that United States route and state route one hundred thirty-three within Clermont county, shall be known as the "LCPL Nicholas B. Erdy Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5533.791. The road known as state route number three hundred thirty-four, located within Clark county, shall be known as the "Lance Cpl. Kevin S. Smith Memorial Highway."
