A BILL
To enact section 5533.091 of the Revised Code to
designate that part of Interstate 76 within
Brimfield Township, in Portage County, as "The
Luke 'Doc' Emch and Matt 'Doc' Conte Corpsmen
Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.091 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.091. In addition to the designation in section
5533.09 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as
interstate route seventy-six, running in an easterly and westerly
direction, within Brimfield township, in Portage county, shall be
known as "The Luke 'Doc' Emch and Matt 'Doc' Conte Corpsmen
Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
