A BILL
To enact section 5533.371 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 344 as the "Pfc. Ralph Dias Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.371 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.371. That portion of the road known as state route three hundred forty-four commencing at the western boundary of the municipal corporation of Leetonia and extending eastward to state route eleven shall be known as the "Pfc. Ralph Dias Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
